Yoga for the Good Life
An Intro for People Over 50

A 6-week class beginning March 5

We hear a lot these days about the benefits of yoga – regular practice can help you gain strength, balance, improved posture, flexibility, and well-being.

In this 6-week class, we will explore classic yoga poses in a safe environment under an experienced yoga teacher. You will learn proper alignment and yoga poses appropriate for your body. The goal is to gain the skills and confidence to join an on-going yoga class or begin your own home practice.

Who is this class for?
• People over 50 with little or no yoga experience
• You need to be able to get up and down off the floor (with accommodations for sore hands or knees)
• Make sure you have your doctor’s clearance for moderate exercise
