Yoga for Stress and Anxiety Class

A 6-week class starting March 7, 2020.

Are you looking for a way to manage stress in your life?
​Do you want to achieve more inner calm? This class teaches gentle yoga practices designe
d to calm your nervous system. Class is based on ancient practices verified by modern medical research.


What to expect
• Small classes with plenty of individual attention.
• Practical tools of yoga to incorporate into your life for alleviating stress and anxiety:
✓ Gentle yoga poses to calm the body and mind
✓ Simple breathing techniques to balance the nervous system
✓ Micro-practices to give your mind a break
✓ A restful technique to rejuvenate while relaxing

Who should attend:
• No yoga experience necessary – But you must be able to get up and down off the floor.
• Ask your doctor/therapist if gentle yoga is advisable for you. Yoga is not a substitute for medical care but it is a great complement to help manage anxiety symptoms and enhance your sense of well-being.
