4-week class
Do you suffer from chronic lower back pain? In just 4 sessions you can learn gentle, safe practices to protect your back for a lifetime of ease.
WHO
No yoga experience necessary
Not appropriate for acute conditions or intense pain. Doctor’s clearance for gentle exercise.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In each class we will master a few simple exercises to practice at home. Each class will review and build on previous lessons.
Handout materials will support your learning.
Class is small to allow for individual attention and questions.
The approach is very conservative recognizing that there are many conditions that lead to lower back pain.
